Please note that visitor passes do not include access to technical sessions, panel discussions, delegate lunches, or the gala dinner.

All registration fees for LabTech 2025 are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including (but not limited to) withdrawal, cancellation, inability to attend, changes in personal schedule, or visa/travel issues. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

While we cannot directly process your visa, once you complete your registration, we can provide you with a letter of invitation which can help facilitate your application. Please consider adequate time for visa processing and complete your registration at the earliest possible.

While we encourage online registration for a smooth experience, limited tickets may be available for purchase at the venue, depending on availability and is not guaranteed.

Upon arrival, please visit the registration desk to check-in and receive your conference badge and event materials.
