All you need to know to present at LabTech 2025
- Submission Deadline: To ensure a smooth process and avoid delays, all oral presenters are required to submit their presentation and a brief biography by October 15, 2025.
- On-Site Upload: If a presentation is not submitted by the deadline, it is the presenter’s responsibility to upload the file directly to the designated computer in the presentation room in advance. Failure to do so may result in session cancellation.
- Presentation Time: Each presentation is allocated 20 minutes — 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A. Please adhere strictly to the timing to ensure fairness for all speakers.
- Format Requirements: The presentation computer will be equipped with Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader. Kindly ensure your presentation is prepared in one of these formats only.
- Best Speaker Award: The Oral presentations will be judged, and the winner will be announced at the closing ceremony.

Poster Size: Each poster space measures 1.6 m (height) × 1.2 m (width).

Materials Provided: Thumbtacks and/or push pins will be available if needed.

Location: Posters will be displayed on the ground floor of the Grand Millennium Gizan.

Assignment: Each poster board will be labeled with the corresponding Abstract ID# and title.

Setup Time: Posters may be mounted on the day of the assigned poster session.

Presenter Attendance: Presenters must be present at their poster for the evaluators’ round between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm.

Removal: Posters must be taken down immediately after the session. The organizers will not be responsible for posters left behind.

Best Poster Award: All posters will be evaluated, and the winning poster will be announced at the Closing Ceremony.
