Pre-conference workshop
Best Practices of Handling Online Analyzer Operations and Troubleshooting Activities.
This two-day course provides an in-depth introduction to quality measurement instruments and online analyzer systems with a focus on accuracy, reliability, and process optimization. Day one covers key measurement principles, design and operation best practices, phase diagram interpretation for vaporization and fractionation, and essential gas chromatography techniques. Day two dives into troubleshooting and detector systems for process gas chromatography (PGC), expanding into spectroscopic methods and an overview of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS). Participants will gain more insights for improving system performance and analytical consistency. The program wraps up with a Q&A session to reinforce understanding and allow discussion of specific challenges. Designed for technical professionals, this course blends conceptual clarity with actionable expertise.
