This specialized two days training focuses on the similarities, differences, and best practices for aligning analytical data from laboratory equipment and online analyzers. Participants will explore key factors affecting data accuracy, including sample integrity, handling techniques, analytical tools, and correlation methodologies.
The course provides strategies to minimize discrepancies, ensuring precise, reliable measurements across different testing environments. Attendees will gain insights into standardization techniques, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting to enhance data consistency in quality control and process optimization. By the end, participants will master data validation techniques, improving decision-making in industrial applications.

Dr. Mohammad Arab
Dr. Mohammad Arab, Ph.D., With over 43 years of experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, and Polymer laboratories, holding key positions such as Senior Chemist, Laboratory Manager, and Head of Technical Division. Led laboratory setups at Saudi Aramco Shell Refinery, Saudi Chevron Phillips, Jubail Chevron Phillips, and Saudi Polymer Company, overseeing analytical work and training. Developed ASTM-based training programs, initiated inter-laboratory testing, and contributed to ASTM Proficiency Testing in Polymers (PE & PP). An ASTM-approved trainer since 2020, conducting courses on ASTM petroleum product testing. Currently serves as a Technical Consultant and Trainer in QA/QC laboratory practices.
